Severed Ties-2009-11-18
So here we are. I’ve been kinda gone lately as lots of things have been changing in my life, and this comic has fallen behind other things that have a higher priority. My social life has been growing and my interests have been changing gradually. I haven’t even been checking the email or the comments lately, so I need to catch up on that. If anyone still follows this comic, I thank you for that. I’ve come to realize certain things in the passing months and finishing this comic is something that I have to do. Not just on principle or anything, but it’s a feeling I have. Evan’s final year in school is a story that I can’t leave hanging. It’s much too personal to leave it unfinished.

Good update–and remember, you always have friends to talk to if you need us.
You know–I almost bought a set of quints the other day, and then I decided I needed new tires on my car instead. I just thought it would have been cool to take to cons and have fun occasionally with you while there. :3
Glad to know you are still around though. Would have been a shame to not know what happened to my friend, after all.

Upon a second glance at that display case I see a spiked club. Several degrees too kinky. I can see why he’d want to get far far away.

I check your site every week, just so you know. I understand both the “changes” that you are talking about, and the need to finish this. Keep up the good work on both fronts, I have confidence in you more than you probably know. I ask about you often when talking to FB, and all the news that I hear sounds wonderful. Funny how the title - “The End Of Things” seems more and more fitting all the way around doesn’t it?

dude, i constantly check your web comic, out of the thousands of ones out there i have like 10 i watch and yours is happily seated in that list.
I thank you for this webcomic greatly, not for just the entertainment, but i thank you for its existence.

I always check to see if you update, like two or three times a day.
I was re-reading it all today and noticed some quotes from The Big Lebowski, I though that was neat.

An insider told me he got bored. Maybe Evan’s story isn’t that important after all.
And yes, porn is a rather ignominious end to such a wonderful tale.
